To Start:

Baked Butternut Squash Soup
Chef Lohnes signature Butternut squash soup topped with puff pastry and baked in the oven until golden brown. Absolutely delicious!

Brandied Peppercorn Prawns
Brochette of Tiger prawns grilled & glazed with Brandy peppercorn sauce. Served over organic greens & Mediterranean vinaigrette.

Salmon Cakes
Seared & served on grainy mustard sauce. A lunchtime favorite.
Entrees:

Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin
AAA Beef Tenderloin Charbroiled to your preference and served on Chef Joyce’s signature peppercorn sauce.

Brian’s Salmon
Filet of fresh Salmon topped with brown sugar, mayo and Red onion and baked to perfection. Brian’s version of candied salmon.

Chicken Kirsten
Free range chicken breast baked in a honeyed-citrus-chili glaze and topped with cranberry relish.
